Cash on Delivery at Condombox.pk

We understand that many customers in Pakistan prefer to buy condoms online, timing condoms, delay spray, timing creams, gels, lubricants and personal care products with cash on delivery. Condombox.pk may offer COD where courier service is available and where the order details appear genuine and complete.

Cash on delivery means you can pay when your parcel arrives. However, COD is not automatically guaranteed for every order, every customer or every delivery area.

COD Confirmation Before Dispatch

To avoid wrong deliveries, fake orders and returned parcels, our team may confirm COD orders through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. Confirmation may include checking your name, mobile number, city, complete address and order details.

Orders with incomplete address, unreachable phone number, suspicious details or repeated failed delivery history may be delayed, cancelled or shifted to advance courier payment before dispatch.

When COD May Not Be Available

COD may be limited or refused in the following cases:

• Phone number is switched off, incorrect or not reachable.
• Customer does not reply to WhatsApp or order confirmation calls.
• Delivery address is incomplete, unclear or missing landmark details.
• Customer has refused previous confirmed orders without valid reason.
• Order value is high and courier advance is required for confirmation.
• Delivery area is marked as high-risk, remote or limited-service by courier.
• Repeated fake order activity is detected from the same phone, name, address or area.

Refused COD Orders

Once a COD order is confirmed and dispatched, the customer is expected to receive the parcel and pay the due amount at delivery. Refusing a confirmed parcel without a valid reason creates courier charges, return costs and operational loss.

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD parcels may lose COD access on future orders. In such cases, Condombox.pk may only accept prepaid orders or courier advance orders.

Discreet Delivery With COD

COD does not affect your privacy. Orders are packed discreetly with no sensitive product names visible outside the parcel. Whether you buy condoms online in Pakistan, delay spray, timing cream, gel, lubes or female care products, the parcel is prepared with privacy in mind.

Courier staff only receives the delivery information required to deliver the parcel. Product names and sensitive details are not printed on the outside packaging.

Customer Responsibility

To avoid delays or cancellation, please provide correct delivery details at checkout:

• Active mobile or WhatsApp number.
• Correct city and province.
• Complete house/shop number, street, area and nearest landmark.
• Correct order items and quantity.
• Availability to receive the parcel when courier contacts you.
