Important Delivery Privacy Note
Courier companies require basic delivery details to deliver your parcel. Please provide a correct phone number and complete address. If your address is incomplete or your phone is unreachable, delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
For privacy, you may use your first name or initials, but your mobile number and address must be correct for successful delivery.
Discreet Packaging for COD Orders
Cash on delivery orders are also packed discreetly. The courier may know the parcel amount and delivery address, but sensitive product details are not displayed outside the parcel.
For selected COD orders, our team may confirm your details on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. This helps us reduce fake orders and failed deliveries.
