Are exchanges/return/refund allowed?
We offer an exchange within 2 days of complaint after the date of receiving only if the product is not as a picture or as described or defective. There is no return & no refund. Is it possible to alter my order?
You can also alter your order before it has been shipped. It is not at all possible to make any changes in the order once it has left the warehouse. If you want any changes, make sure to call us at +92 316 49 1010 2 (Whatsapp only) and inform the customer service representatives.
What if my items have not arrived?
As a general rule, you will receive your orders within a 3 to 4 business day’s duration. However, if the order is delayed you can definitely contact our customer service personnel to inquire about the delivery of your goods. You can also track your shipment through an ID sent to you in the confirmation email of your order.
