Discreet Packaging for Privacy

All orders are packed with customer privacy in mind. Product names, sensitive details or personal care product descriptions are not displayed on the outside of the parcel.

Whether you buy condoms online in Pakistan, timing spray for men, delay creams, gels, lubes or female products, we aim to keep your parcel simple, private and delivery-safe.

Delivery Across Pakistan

We aim to ship orders to supported courier locations across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and many other areas.

Delivery availability may depend on courier coverage, city, area, parcel route, weather, holidays or operational conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your city and courier availability. Major cities are usually faster, while remote areas may take longer.

• Major cities: usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: usually 3–5 working days after dispatch.
• Remote or limited-service areas may take extra time.
• Tracking may update after courier pickup or first parcel scan.

Order Confirmation Before Dispatch

For selected orders, especially cash on delivery orders, our team may confirm delivery details through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Confirmation helps reduce wrong deliveries, fake orders, refused parcels and courier return charges. Orders with unreachable numbers or suspicious details may be delayed or cancelled.

Courier Advance for Selected COD Orders

For some COD orders, Condombox.pk may request a small courier advance before dispatch. This may depend on order value, delivery location, customer history, courier risk or fake order activity.

If courier advance is required, the remaining amount will be paid as cash on delivery when your parcel arrives.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and courier details are available, tracking information may be updated on the order tracking page.

Tracking can take a few hours to appear after courier pickup or first scan. If tracking is not visible immediately, please check again later or contact support.

Failed Delivery or Refused Parcel

If courier attempts delivery and the customer does not receive the parcel, does not answer calls, gives wrong address or refuses a confirmed order without valid reason, the parcel may be returned.

Customers with repeated refused parcels or fake order activity may lose COD access. Future orders may require courier advance or full advance payment.

Missing, Damaged or Wrong Parcel Issue

If you receive a wrong item, damaged product, missing item or expired product, contact Condombox.pk support within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.

Please send your order number, clear product photos, parcel photos and a short explanation of the issue for review.
